Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack with Care
Place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly tools are included to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Ship and Refund
Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
